Looking for a good cheap camera can be difficult. Say your not into photography, you don’t care about many features, details or image size but you still want something that can capture a picture of your families wacky moments; well the Kodak EasyShare C613 is just that.
With every digital camera, there are pro’s and con’s. With the Kodak EasyShare C613 there aren’t too many despite the fact it lacks features. We see it like this because for a camera around $70, you can’t expect it to have features that a DSLR has. This Kodak camera will give you what you want, it just doesn’t have too many bells and whistles.
It’s 6.2 megapixel CCD coupled with the 3x optical/5x digital zoom lens allows for easy picture taking and viewing on the 2.4 inch LCD monitor. It produces clear pictures, but when it comes to movement within the pictures is where the problems come in. The objects have to be nearly still for you to capture them clearly but keep in mind, this is a starter camera.
There are still many features to mention on the Kodak EasyShare C613 though, such as the 6 shooting modes, 17 scene modes and 3 color modes. This camera does not have face detection unfortunately but it does have image stabilization to help you with overcoming blurry pictures. Another plus, depending how you look at it, is there is no need to recharge batteries. Just pop them out, put new ones in and you’re good to go.
The Kodak EasyShare C613 will give you the pictures you want, you might have to take them a couple times though so that you get a clear one. The price tag will save you hundreds though so this camera is ideal for small kids and teens.
