The Kodak EasyShare Z1012 is the big brother of the Kodak EasyShare Z1085 IS. This camera has a high 10 megapixels, but unlike it’s brother, has a better lens. On this model has a 12x optical zoom to allow you to get up close with the pictures you are unable to get next to. The EasyShare Z1012 has a good sized 2.5” display to allow quick edits or a slideshow for your friends and family to view. With this upgraded model, you also get better shooting modes. Enjoy taking portraits with the close-up feature or swap it to a shooting burst to make sure you get the exact picture moment you were hoping for. On this camera there are so many scene modes to chose from. Make sure you give your image the proper effect with one of the 26 scene modes. Not only can you take quality and not to mention very large pictures with this camera, but you can also take video. If you all the other features still don’t have the right effect on your photo, experiment with the sepia and black and white effects to give it the final touch.
