The new Kodak EasyShare Z980 will be coming out April 2009 so unfortunately we haven’t had our hands on it yet! However, we do have some specs on it that will give some insight into what to expect from this new Kodak digital camera.
With the Kodak EasyShare Z980, you get 12 megapixels which we’re sure will give you clear shots and huge prints. Having a large amount of megapixels makes it easy to crop because of the massive picture resolution. Incorporated into the Z980 is a 24x Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon lens which will give you ultra powerful zooming capabilities that will no limit what you can take a picture of. Also on this camera is a 3.0 inch LCD screen which will be easy to view pictures as well as compose them quickly. Other technologies integrated into the Kodak EasyShare Z980 is face detection technology, image stabilization, intelligent scene detection, intelligent capture control and intelligent image processing. All of these features are put together to give you the best results possible.
We are looking forward to the release of the Kodak EasyShare Z980 so that we can play around with the many modes that it has. There are 4 shooting modes, 14 scene modes and 5 color modes. Enabling these features in to your pictures will give you stunning, colorful photographs. Something else unique about the upcoming Z980 is the best in class, click to capture speed. That will be a hot selling point for when people are looking for a new camera because they are sick of shutter lag.
