The K20D comes with a dust-proof weather-resistant stainless steel chassis providing you with the durability and toughness for continuous shooting despite extreme conditions. It has 72 seals that offer protection to the inner components of the camera.
The Pentax K20D is the smallest camera in its class for easy portability. It has a dust alert function which eliminates the need for replacing lens by determining where dust particles are located once the function is enabled.
Image quality is prone to being compromised as a result of camera shaking or movement of the subjects. The Pentax K20D has a body-based sensor shift image stabilization technology which stabilizes images without destroying the quality of the pictures.
The Pentax K20D has 36 custom functions with 93 individualized settings which you can configure to meet your individual needs. Unique exposure modes provide you with the shooting versatility as well as modify your shutter speed or aperture.
Live View mode lest you expand your shooting range up to 160 degrees wide angle for easier shooting and composition. At ISO 3200, you can look forward to sharp and crisp pictures even in low light.
The Pentax K20D provides several playback modes for convenient editing of pictures. You can store your photographs on an SD or SDHC cards. Pictures can either be in JPEG or RAW format.
